Kids will learn how to focus and center themselves by learning various breathing and visualization exercises. With the practice of enjoyable and challenging postures, partner and group poses, a variety of yoga activities, breathing, and fundamental anatomy, they will also learn self-respect and respect for others. All classes are 60 min.
