Sonal’s yoga sessions are very energizing. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she is very motivating for all levels of yogis. She is very knowledgeable in yoga and a great instructor. I especially enjoyed her chakra meditation which was very relaxing. I highly recommend her classes to anyone who would like to practice yoga.

I attended one yoga session with you and that was really effective. You teach with a lot of patience, appreciate that. I felt really energetic after the session, with my body fully charged for the day.

What amazing Bollywood Zumba clases you offer! Each one of them!! Loved it! so many great actor dancers in Bollywood!.Would love to continue this theme until we exhaust them all. And I wouldn't mind repeating some like Helen.

Also, loved Garba worshop during Navaratri 2023. Hemangi is a wonderful teacher.Walked in the first class knowing nothing about it. Now I can try doing Garba and attend events.
