Join us to experience the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony

Celebrate International Day of Yoga with a fun yoga dance class at the very scenic Waredaca Brewing Company at Waredaca Farm in Gaithersburg, MD. Join Dancilla Fusion Dance & Fitness for an hour-long yoga dance flow (appropriate for all levels) featuring dance music from around the world. In this 60-minute session, prepare to flow through a Vinyasa fusion dance that emphasizes warm-up, strength, core, detox, breathing, stretches, breathwork and meditation while rhythmically complementing the music.
Following the practice enjoy a cold, crisp craft beer and great company.
BYO mat and enjoy this lovely outdoor class right on the orchard valley with a lakefront view. Each $20 ticket includes yoga and one beer after class.
